A little rustic, a touch of bohemian and a splash of Mexico makes this beach wedding at Blue Venado Beach Club the beauty that it is! Andrea and Hectors intimate celebration was true perfection. Pretty purples, gorgeous flowers, festive, whimsical decor and a happy couple surrounded by their nearest and dearest. Love was all around!
The ceremony was sweet, followed by a delicious meal and stunning cake. The party got started when the costumes came out and everyone let loose on the dance floor. And for a special touch, a moonlit balloon release!
How cute is this couple?! Seriously, is this wedding not the most adorable thing you have ever seen?! Just in time for spring, we present you with this bright and colourful destination wedding at Blue Venado Beach Club, a secluded beachfront venue about 15 minutes outside of Playa del Carmen.
Glowing bride Heidi and her handsome groom Adrian brought their 40 happy guests to the Riviera Maya to celebrate their love and witness them exchange vows on the white sandy beach in Punta Venado.
The vibrant yellows in this wedding just scream happiness! We loved the cheery decor and colours.
We wish the lovely couple many years of happiness and thank Naal Photography for so perfectly capturing the joy!
We always make sure to send out positive sun vibes on our clients wedding days, but we have to say, there is something so romantic and dramatic about a dark sky against the fluorescent water and way the natural colours of our tropical paradise come alive against the looming clouds. Luckily for Audrey and Jason, our sundance worked again, and they had a beautiful beach side ceremony at Blue Venado Beach Club this past October.
With the colourful lanterns and cheery decor, you would never know there was a cloud in the sky.
Blue Venado did a great job, as always, of keeping everyone happy and hydrated with fruity cocktails! Guests enjoyed a delicious meal, touching speeches and a night of dancing under the giant palapa in the sand.
Thank you Audrey and Jason for inviting us to be a part of your magical night! Special thanks to PlayaWeddings and Rachel for the photos.
What’s not to love about a colorful destination wedding in Mexico?! Smiling, sun kissed guests happy to be on vacation and even more excited to be a part of your special day… it just doesn’t get any better! Remi and James clearly knew what we’re talking about when they invited a tight group of friends and family to their festive Mexican destination wedding at the always breathtaking Blue Venado Beach Club.
Bride Remi wanted to decorate this stunning stretch of secluded coastline in blues, oranges and yellows. The giant thatched roof is a fantastic blank canvas for any bride looking to push the limits of wonderful wedding decor!
The air was warm, the scene was romantic and the feeling intimate as this great group gave heartwarming speeches to the wonderful couple and then danced the night away!
Christine came to us hoping to find her dream Mexican beach wedding venue. Her wish? Secluded, rustic and open air. She imagined a big palapa decorated in traditional Mexican papel picado banners, a sea side ceremony and an authentic Mexican feel. We immediately suggested Blue Venado Beach Club, 15 minutes outside of Playa del Carmen. It was a perfect fit!
Decor and details were on the top of this brides list. We worked on finding beautiful custom papel picado banners and strung them with tiny white lights to create the romantic and whimsical atmosphere. Chinese lanterns lit up the dance floor and a mix of beautiful fresh tropical flowers filled colorful vases that, mixed with candles, lined the tables draped in lace runners.
Personal touches, such as DIY mini pinatas, papel picado flags and cupcake toppers helped bring it all together and we were thrilled with the way we were able to transform the usually bare venue into a fun, festive and romantic setting for the couple and their guests who celebrated in the sand and danced the night away!
Congratulations Christine and Joe!
